I just got rid of my Obama care. It's just not worth having blood on my hands. http://www.redflagnews.com/headline...under-obamacare#sthash.yWXooIjU.BlBfzJru.dpbs
It's a good thing that the enrollment is fugged up. keeping me from making a costly mistake. I guess the only good thing that will come from this scam is there's no more lifetime limit. It might be different for you youngsters, but, if we took their policy, we'd pay more if we were both sick in the same year. What a fine piece of flimflam our gubmint does. If the Repugnicans were really against it, all they'd have to do is tell the truth, and people would be against it. But it's all subterfuge. Get the crazies to make you look at them while the infidels do their masters bidding. It's the same way they got Obush reelected. by putting the most right wing fanatical douche bag up against a guy who lost the confidence of his supporters.
So anyway, Here's a chance for you to get a "tin hat conspiracy theory" in so you won't have kill any more brain cells. Joe Biden's comment was altered by the media after O'bushes ACA intro speech. "It's a big fuggin' deal" Mr Hairplugs said. The rest of the comment, which was deleted, "For the rich."
Social security has the lowest overhead costs (0.07% of expenditures) of any retirement scheme ever created by human beings and the post office is a fraction the cost of FedEx and UPS. http://www.ssa.gov/oact/STATS/admin.html Also, every industrialized nation in the world spend less money on and gets better results from their "socialized" health care systems than the US gets from it's much more privatized one. Canada spends half what the US does on healthcare, which in the US economy means we're throwing $1.4 trillion dollars a year down a tube. Medicare costs have been rising at a slower rate than private health insurance costs here in the US also. So either I don't know what you're talking about, or you don't. How do I get to the threads about surfing?
The Post Office is "losing money" because since 2006, the Post Office by law, had to lock in health benefits for future retirees for the next 75 years, something no other public or private agency does. The repugnicans plan to privatize it for their masters.
Yeah but who the Fuk wants to be Canadian!?!? And if you want surfing threads stay the hell out of the NON SURF RELATED SECTION! Nice first post on the forum Johnny Come Latley and be a douche.
Ask a Canadian how long elective surgery takes. 9 months? 12 months? If you're lucky. Socialized anything is a nightmare waiting to happen, especially with progressives at the proverbial helm. You guys are absolutely whacked and sucking the msnbc teet if you think otherwise. Ask a Brit about their stellar disease survival rate Solid cancer numbers too :triple roll eyes: Socialism doesn't work. It never has. It never will. It's a fluffy cloud of optimism run by people who have never taken an economics class in their life.
Why? because nobody has to chose between fixing a health problem and going deep in debt. Last year, my health insurance and co pay was a quarter of my gross. I have no health problems. I pay all that to have a chick to put her finger in my bum and fondle the ol' boys once a year. I couldn't actually afford anything else. But, in Canada, the rich chose to come to the US fior health care. not because it's the greatest, but because there's no waiting. At least O got rid of the "Pre existing condition" and "lifetime limit" for us. It's great that 'Merka is a Christian nation. Isn't Christian a Koch bro? Besides that, you've had affordable health care since Mittens reign, so fuggoff!
Yeah MA system is whacked. Trust me on that. MA Health is accepted by....about 10 places. The short list is BAD, and the wait is worse. It's not what you think it is. What people are forgetting about O-care, is the skyrocketing deductible. I'm in health care. Doctors behind closed doors are running for the hills, although they have to act lockstep with the ranking folks to maintain position. This isn't going to be pretty. As for Canadian health care/hospitals/docs vs US....night and day. They come here for short waits, and they come here for superior care. Thus, anyone overseas with a serious condition lands at Beth Israel, Mass general, or Brigham and Womens.
Just think, if the RepugnuTards had actually did more for the citizens and less about fuggin a black guy, what kind progess we'da had these last 6 years. The last guy, who can't be blamed, left the guy neck deep in schitt. He take a scoop out, and crybaby Boner put 2 scoops back.
Both parties are guilty. Republocrats man. If you take both of their records, put them side by side (minus social issues), tell me the difference. Goldman Sachs - Check NSA- Check Crony capitalism - Check Patriot act/NDAA - Check Over spending - Check War war war - Check Crippling small business - Check This two party partisan BS is killing us. This last election wouldn't have changed a thing. Rombamaney. Same damn person. I voted Gary Johnson, my conscious is clear.
No, only One party bailed out Sacks One party instituted the NSA, after allowing a terrorist act one party is dedicated to giving all to the "Job creators" One party is responsible violating the constitution by using the word Patriot One party started 2 wars at the same time One party has burden the small business owners with a massive tax bill inorder to keep the richest from paying their fare share
NDAA Brah. Obama pushed that thru, makes patriot act look like ginger beer man. And he expanded the patriot act. Bush lite. GOP might have started them....Dems made no attempt to stop it though. If anything, they threw gas on the fire for most issues.
Yes, they are all one in the same. Just wolves in sheep's clothing, and sheep dressed like sheep. They are no different. Obama ran on a platform that he was unable to deliver, which he and his campaign KNEW. But it worked. They just wanted to get their foot in the door. They knew the reality was that they would have to continue to in most cases in this country, the exact same way that the BUSH admin already had. It wasn't about hope and change, it was about getting the numbers back and getting the republican's out of office. Once that happened, it was just whipping together a failing health care plan, throwing it out to the public and saying, see I told you I could do it, in the hopes that it will be enough to get Hillary in next. It's never been about REPs and DEMs. If there was a DEM in office when Bush was, we still would have invaded Iraq. Those decisions and the direction his administration took our country was an inevitable one. It would have been the same, no matter who was in there. It doesn't matter how quickly he got up from reading to first graders. Any DEM president would have gotten the same intel, from the same 500, very important people with top level security clearance telling him to go after WMDs. Just like it doesn't matter that Obama is in office when they got Bin Laden. Anyone in those situations, will make the same decisions, when hundreds of their trusted advisers, FROM BOTH PARTIES, inform them to do so. Same with Obama. If republicans were in office the last 6 years, we would be in the same situations were are in now. The only difference would be, we may have a few LESS false promises. 6 years ago, the nation thought by 2016, every american will have healthcare coverage. Obamacare, at it's maximum level is designed to reach only 28 Million people. That is roughly 8% of our population, while others have had adverse affects on their healthcare because of it.... So its all the same. Everyone lies. Obama and the Dems knew that anything short of a completely Socialistic approach to an overhaul, that this was never meant to work. They knew it. Everyone knew it. People call this a "Big Victory"... How do you figure? The Banks got bailed out. The economy STILL sucks. The Automotive industry got bailed out. We are still involved in the same wars we were 6 years ago. We are losing the same amount of troops that we were then. We still have a jacked up health care system that is outrageous, the insurance and pharmaceutical industry keep lining the governments pockets and life goes on. No one, wants to fix the problem. No one wants to piss off their corporate allies. Obama should have shuffled up the insurance industry and started to compete with them. If our government could take control of the broken insurance industry, I bet we would all be better off and I bet you that they would find MUCH MORE efficient ways to run hospitals and every facet of the industry when they stood to profit, by shelling out LESS MONEY. Obama should have let the banks crash. Reps would have done the same thing. But it takes failure to bring on change sometimes, and everyone just keeps turning the other cheek. In order to save a bunch of white collar jobs, worth millions each and to save an industry, that is nothing but investment and excess cash, because of political influences, it wasn't touched. Well, next time banks run out of money, let them fail. They overextended themselves at the expense of our country. If these banks gave out loans to underqualified applicants, knowing it, THE BANKS SHOULD SUFFER. I could care less if all those bad loans never got paid back... The industry is broken, and until someone lets it finally die. it will just go on and on and on. Let insurance DIE. Let PHARM companies DIE. Let the BANKS DIE. No one on either side has the balls to do it. This country doesn't MAKE anything anymore. We just moved money around, pass debts off. I mean, i bought a house in the fall, like 2 days later, I get a letter saying that my loan was purchased by Chase. I am like, WTF? Banks just sit their passing wealth and assets around. Obama should have manned up, and let the sh** hit the fan. Now he is just leaving it on the next guys lap.... Obama's resume: nothing nothing nothing weed is legal in 2 states nothing nothing and nothing Just like BUSH's resume... I can dish it out to any sides here.
I am not for anarchy. I am just saying, if we continue to allow the banks, insurance companies and the entire medical industry run the way it's running, we are never going to get out of this. We need banks. Just a few GOOD banks. We don't need 17,543 little banks, giving out insane APR loans and screwing people. We need a FAIR, regulated banking system. Since the credit score has been so heavily weighed, this country has been going down hill. I can see a few tiers of interest rates and stuff, but I don't care what your credit score is, a Bank shouldn't be able to loan you money on more than, lets say 8% rate. Period. We let banks do what they want. Same with the insurance industry. They are making money hand over fist, when the playing field should be leveled. The whole system is broken. And I won't get into military, cause I dont have an alternative idea, but the way our money is spent in this nation is as$ backwards. I bet my daughter could have been delivered in the Scripps hosptial in San Diego for about $10,000. I had good insurance, and had EVERYTHING paid for. At the end of it, I got the invoice, just to show how much my insurance company paid. $60,000. My jaw dropped, and then I thought back. To every little detail. From the amount of time they made us stay (Way too long before and after) to the amount it costs just for us to be there, for the 24 nurse rotations, to this, to that, to towels, to formula.... I mean, there was easily $30,000 worth of "luxury" items mixed in there. And I am very happy that I have a happy, healthy baby and it was a sweet facility. But the second they got the green light from my insurance company, they just rolled out the red carpet and milked my insurance company for every penny they could get.... And that is one of the many reasons the system is broken. It is so bloated, and the costs that are covered are SO INFLATED and so out of touch with reality, that it further polarized everything..... If the insurance companies didn't have to shell out $60K per normal delivery in southern California, they rates could probably be low enough that 50% more people could afford covered. But thats not what anyone wants. Insurance wants higher prices, hospitals love it too. Everyone just abused the system on EVERY level, and it really hurts the majority of american's who can't afford it.... Obama needs to deal with that. Cause I know he knows the deal.
His constituents and buddy lobbyists are getting way too much $$ from the health industry to do anything about it. Crony capitalism is scary man.
