I own an indo board and love it! But is it really improving my surfing? I see that my surf improves after every session, but really minor results are noticed from the strength of my indo board. I usually go on for half an hour sessions and rock back and forth, and I throw in some hang ten with some one foot stalls. But where do I go from here? Does anyone out there know any good surf exercises I can do with my indo board, to help strengthen my surf ability? There has got to be a way to step it up a notch! Besides just rocking back and forth with stalls and other tricks.

shoveits squats buy the indo air bag which goes 360 degrees instead of on a single linear plane. ride it 50 50 instead of boardslide.

    Indo

The indo balloon thing to go 360 works great. Drop knee rail grabs on the indo (both sides) and do some squats with weights, and some dumb bell moves on the indo to work your core - it will help your paddling.

Indo can go way beyond balance.

Check this site out - they throw all sorts of balance training in there.
