Sorry Red but where is the help needed?
If it's medical advice, you've come to the right place.
If it's psychological advice, read on!

Love my indo board. I have one on my concrete patio, however if you try the technique I'm about to describe, you may want to do it on some thick carpet first.

When I'm balancing, I like to have my left foot (I ride regular) on the end, positioned perpendicular to the roller with my toes hanging off a little. I guide the roller under that foot, and just when all my weight is on that foot I lift my back foot and move it to the 'front' of the board. It's like going from a cheater five to hanging ten. Then the real challenge is stepping both feet to the back of the board, one at a time. The key is to trust the stopper at the end of the board and sort of 'feather' your weight onto it.

I look at it like a game. If the board touches the ground you lose!

This is sorta advanced stuff so be careful!!

There's a stopper at the end of the board? Well that's no fun... How are you supposed to fracture wrists all whilst launching the deck into unaware bystanders? Side of a neck will yield acceptable results as a target. Pfft... Money wasted almost

Well then, all I can add is, to be careful and don't over do it.
Maybe limit your time on to 15 -20 minutes a day.
    Rock On...

Ha! The stopper hardly makes it safe. It will certainly allow the board to fire off at a bystanders shins, don't worry. I guess if you're really hardcore you can just file it off.
