And we have Dolly....will anyone here or is anyone getting good waves from this.

    Flhurricane.com :

"Tropical Storm Dolly (from Invest 99L) is challenging forecasts, and is now starting to put south Texas at some risk for impacts. As of this update, tropical storm force winds are occurring up to 115 miles from the center. In response, the government of Mexico has extended the tropical storm warning area northward to Barra El Mezquital. "

Lots of wind swell in Texas. 3ft in Galveston. Bigger south, and OH Victory at Sea tomorrow in Corpus. Paddle fest character builder day.

    oh well...

    Corpus tomorrow...

    SURF
Head high SE medium period swell in the morning with occasional 1-2' overhead high sets. This drops into the chest to head range for the afternoon. Onshore 20mph+ winds. I'm sure someone will be out though. It's been flat for weeks, til the past few days. Not for the faint of heart, but this IS Texas.

Scored today and yesterday. Was fun. Not huge but definitely what I needed after the drought.
