Pretty nice storm surge model (beta). Its very dynamic.. Adjust probabilities and zoom in on locale. As of now, it's not showing the doomsday scenario the pols suggest. Obviously, it maybe off but I like to put trust in science over those protecting their collective a**, fear mongers, and networks looking for ratings.

Stay informed, be safe and maybe sleep a bit easier. Fear is contagious. This is aimed at your fat a** Governor.. Put down the donuts.

    good first post...very useful info.

unfortunately (& it really pains me to say this), christie's affection for ring-like pastries has nothing to do w/ his descisions in this situation...i actually think he's done ok. the evacuation order was a bit premature/excessively alarmist, but otherwise i think he's done alright. i still plan on leaving, though...

Excellent info. Those surge models tell alot. Especially erosion concerns. Yes the media is sickening. They closed my gym for the weekend but the libraries are all open. Weiners!
