irene took out the buoys

    Its disappointing to have so many buoys knocked out, not to mention influencing the forecasts. Sometimes, one or two buoys will go down in a storm, but Irene took out a bunch.

    It didn't stop the Virginia Beach forecast from being accurate. What a great morning!!!
