I swear I learn something new every day on here, but based on Gaff's post the other day, PBJ is a bodyboarder. I never knew. Not that it matters. But it's funny how we all talk so much on here, and one thread can shed light on someone's choice of wave craft etc. that had never come up before.

I don't suck up to PJB by any means, but no way that dude bodyboards. I'll be damned if I spent all that time arguing with a sponger! Seems like he might be one considering you can take a boogie-board on the bus easier then a surfboard, but that guy surfs....I can tell. Besides, if you ask him, he'll tell you he's the third best surfer on SI, his dream 'surf trip' is to South Carolina and he somehow knows where to find the best tranny hookers in Philly.

I hear ya, but when gaff posted the "What sponge should I get for my wife thread" SJB came in and dropped probably the most technical BB breakdown I have ever heard on this site. He was talking shapes, sizes, brands, meterials... Maybe he is just all knowing, but how does one accumulate such detailed technical knowledge on a subject without having any involvement...

Again, I wasn't saying it in a negative way. It just caught me off guard when he chimed in. I had expected some good responsed from some of the other crew on here, but when SJB just comes in and lays down every spec you could think of on a sponge, I was like, damn homie. Maybe SJB is Micah? Ya know.... I was on this site for YEARS before I actually heard Micah mention that he was a BBer. Same with SS. That is cool to me. Its just something that doesn't come up in conversation that often, and when they shed that light, its like, Ohh... Okay...

Where people live, what they surf... I guess you kind of create a vision in your head of who these guys are, where they live and kinda how they surf. Then when you get down to the nitty gritty, sometimes you are like, ohh okay.

Like MIS. I didn't know he was in Hawaii for the longest time. But when he shed light on that, I was like, okay... Even though he talks about jersey and waves, it makes you step back and go, okay, thats another piece of the puzzle.

Like, there are 3-4 people on here that live on the same Island as me. I didn't know that for quite sometime. Then all the sudden, you get a PM, or you see a post, and you are like, no sh**... That is a game changer.

 

Or maybe Seldom forgot to log out of his Ghost account and log back in under SS? Just kidding, he wouldn't do something like that. Bill's an original, but I know he and Seldom are buds. Good dudes both of em. Anyways, the trolling on this site is part of what makes it so crazy and fun. Without it, this place would be all quiet like a library. ZaGaffer's had a lot of time on his hands lately not being able to surf and having to pop pain meds an all, idle minds wander, just sayin. OK, enough speculation, we'll never know unless they admit it, and even then nobody would believe it. Gaff actually claimed to be SJB a couple times if I recall, nobody entertained it, he said it, and then crickets...
