Is This Possible?

    I want to shape my own board based on Catch the Surfs: The One. I want to shape the board out of insulation foam from home depot and cut my own custom keel fins. The board will be 4'6" x 20.75" x 2.25. I never shaped a board before and have the basic knowledge of board shaping. How should I go about shaping this, any tips and ideas are appreciated.

    Someone posted a very detailed board building process (WITH PICTURES!!!!). I think the title was "Home Depot Board", check that for starters. Good luck
