    Don't forget to check out the ISA World Surfing games in Jaco/Hermosa Beach. Opening ceremonies are in Jaco today and competition begins Saturday, August 1 and continues through August 8. Check out live web casts of the contest.

    nice, it looks like a decent swell will arrive later in the week... should be good timing for the end of the games.
