I got out @ 8 & raced to work that day b/c I'd been an hour late the Saturday before due to Billy- my boss didn't show up until noon 'cause he was hungover! I could've enjoyed a few more hours
I hope I did not come off as an a-hole. I thought we were all having fun until that guy started talkin smack. I swear Im a nice guy but dont appreciate when guys I have never seen before start lecturing me at a break I surf 4 days a week. I actually love sharing waves and dont get into the whole macho surf crap.....but i can if pushed. hope you had fun out there. it was glassy as hell. we went a little north later that day and surfed until 3. mini barrels everywhere! i pulled out a shorter board and had a blast
The only thing I think you could've done better was to brush it off & completely ignore 'em- once they know it's getting to you they'll be all over you like a rat on a Cheet-O.
your right. thats my problem. I got thin skin and got a big mouth when people get on me for no reason
