Round 2: AtanticO (NOT AtlanticO apparently) vs. waterbaby

We need a solid headline match-up to round it all out: Yankee vs. NZSM?

I know. What he is thinking? Surfing wise Emass is probably at the level of a 6 year old. Emass is in his 30s and just started surfing. The yuppies are coming, watch out! What ever happened to people learning to surf in their early teens. These 30 something beginners are kooks and will always be wannabe posers.

I actually feel sorry for these late beginners but to it's their own.

...or you can always put your laminates on the rail(s). I always liked the way those 80s board had lettering on both rails.

The only problem with that is you can only print out so much big lettering on an ink jet printer (might take 2 or more laminates per rail). The other thing is some glassers are retarded from the fumes, so you have to tell them personally how you want the laminates placed...or they will f*ck it up.

 

i don't judge people for wanting to surf late in life. i used to heckle everybody who just started surfing when i was a kid. then i realized the world sucks so who could blame them. Emass seems stoked so whatever. it's the just learned to surf know-it-alls i can't stand. the yuppies are always coming, but they don't last.

in case you haven't noticed, all threads end up like this. how many on topic comments can a thread take? go to surfermag forums.... way worse....or better depending on what you consider a good forum.

 

LOL. No, I'm in my 30s now and starting surfing in my teens. I've always lived in a beach town near the beach. That's fine if bluecrush motivated Emass to start surfing. I'm not sure he's stoked though. Most of his posts have nothing to do with surfing.
