Actually that rather depends on if you refer to Homoland Security in the singular as an entity or the plural referring to the persons it is represented by. Although reading the grammar, punctuation and spelling throughout the rest of this thread, nitpicking on my post seems a bit like pissing into a hurricane. Get your own house in order would seem to be the advice sir.
