So let me understand this. It's okay for Curt Flirt to have '' Death to Standup Donkeys
Friends dont let friends fight alone'' as a signature, and for Joyner to say his ''knuckles need a workout'' but it's not okay for me to have a point of view that spongers think too much of themselves and brag about it ad nauseum in the process, and to use a simple signature that says ''soft boards for soft bodies.'' I guess I'm the hater, and boogie boarders are always right. I'm willing to make peace, but I've threatened no one and all I've gotten is death threats and bared knuckles. Whose the hater? Can't we all just get along- with our own opinons remaining our own opinions?

 

By knuckles needing a workout I guess you assumed I meant fighting? I am a very laid back guy and was poking fun at myself. Where we ride knuckles get a workout from grinding in the sand. There is no need for me to fight someone over a point of view. I have been doing what I do for 20+ years and not you or anyone will change what I do by opinion alone. This is not about being right or wrong but more about respect to an overall community.

I have some amazing friends that surf and just as many that bodyboard. I watched many of OBX's best surfers grow up and consider many of them very good friends. If you do not like a sport, it is best to keep that opinion to yourself or go to a site where the topics are dedicated to hate and disrespect of that sport.

The founder of this site and what I consider the best east coast forecasting site is a bodyboarder. So, every time you disrespect the bodyboard community on this site you are directly disrespecting the founder of the site where you post.

Mutual respect goes a long way in and out of the water.

 

just learn some respect and keep your opinions to yourself or knuckle up

 

Ok, so this thread has reverted to "your mother" cracks... Lets move on.

I dont like to do moderation and bans and such, because people should be able to express their opinions. But I'd like to have a community where people can talk about more significant ****. This community is for anyone who enjoys riding waves in the ocean.
