After being contacted by a Chicago attorney who served as former first lady Michelle Obama’s chief of staff, the top prosecutor in Cook County asked the city’s top cop to turn over the Jussie Smollett probe to the FBI, according to reports.

 

And this was done because the Obamas have 'friends in high places' in the corrupt FBI. The 'friends' would have shelved this case so deep in The Deep State that no one would have heard about it ever again.

Bravo to CPD for doing the right thing: bringing Smollett the racist up on 16 felony charges.
