No it was not a simple FYI, it was a link to an article that mentioned you forcing girls to wear rash guards while surfing to be modest and not tempt the boys while at a PUBLIC beach. I know this is a common practice at many church camps on private property but you telling folks how to dress on a PUBLIC beach is fuc&ed up and wrong.

Sorry man, 7 out of 10 people don't want to talk about religion on a surfing forum.

Aside from any religious banter, how egotistical can you be? If starting a thread focused on the fact that someone wrote a 5 paragraph essay on you isn't the sign of a self-absorbed, arrogant, douche bag then i just don't know what is. The start of this thread appears to be "surf related", but in reality its sole purpose was to rile up a select few individuals on this forum that you know your gonna get a response from.

Wayne, in my opinion, if this forum were a kitchen and you were a utensil, you'd be a whisk. The only thing your good for is stirring the pot and whipping up conflict.

Maybe I am, it's nobody's business here, but I back helping disadvantaged youths from that area, because I know how it is there. Nobody's methods are foolproof, nor totally selfless. Even if he does some self-aggrandizing, so be it. If some kids are helped along the way then I see no harm. I also don't see many atheist groups getting out into the community and helping people, but I see a ton of Christian groups doing it. I'll leave it at that.

 

So helping youths to learn intolerence and too only see morality from Wayne's point of view is okay? Again I and many others here think the premise is fine but Wayne's MO is kind of wack. In addition putting down other races/religions but hiding your opinion behind a keyboard is a pretty wussy move. If you are going to have such a disparaging attitude towards these other groups to call them hateful terms then at least have the balls to state what you believe in be it god, alah, buddah or a flying spagetthi monster.
