I'm digging the wing thread, Zero, good stuff. I don't know about that sour cream though. You're in a good direction with the garlic. I always deep fry and I always use a light flour/spice combo. Do you guys think Shart Snarfer eats wings with his ski-mask on?
Thanks Slash! Yeah, I like the flour and deep fry method as well. The sour cream thickens it up and helps coat the wings. I bet he does!
