I do appreciate an eyeball report of Lido Beach and any other Gulf Coast surf spot, but the last thing we need is another smoke & mirrors useless report. Waist to Chest?! It was knee high today. Surfed Siesta, looked at Turtle, The Cove and Venice Jetty too. NOWHERE WAS OVER WAIST HIGH AND THAT'S GENEROUS. Knee to thigh high today. I'm just saying if you're gonna give a report make it count. I surfed lido today and i would say the biggest set was chest high. It was consistent waist and clean when i was there at 1030. I checked turtle and siesta also and they looked knee to thigh high. By noon though it had died to thigh-waist sets at lido and it was kinda choppy
