congrats on the kid seldom.i know I havnt been on here a lot lately,my job has me working crazy overtime,other day I didn't leave til 730 pm and I start work at 6 am.money is well worth it but seen I missed a lot of epic swells these past few weeks.

I just got my new 6/5/4 in the mail yesterday,didnt even have time to open it and try it on.today is the first day in weeks I got out at regular time.so with my new suite I should log some more water time,the sun stays up a bit longer now and the swells keep coming.dont worry I'm not an abandoner just been too busy

-Show them various and allow them to choose their perferred method of wave riding
-Teach them to survive in the wilderness
-Educate that callused hands are only valid if you took the time to travel, have experienced culture outside the northeast, and pursued something you truly love. Too much work is not good if there is no fun in between.

i believe there is actually a country song about that called "tough little boys"
Enjoy her while she is sweet and innocent and lock those memories in cuz they turn into emotional lil monsters that can not be reasoned with once they get to about 12 or 13. I am told this is a phase but i am still waiting for it to end.

 

If Seldom starts listening to country music then I'm sending him to a reeducation camp.....

my first was a little girl. Changed my perspective on a lot of things (in a good way). Wouldn't change it for the world. Was wrapped around her finger day one and aint ashamed to admit it. Congrats!

 

This is insane. I was kinda blown away when I read this.

I hope all goes as smoothly as possible- the world needs more sensible creatures. After all, someone's got to balance out the little anarchic stankasauri (jk, jk). For real though man, this little one is gonna have some cool perspective from the get-go.
