Anyone ever had a board sprayed with Line-X before? Sick of breaking sticks and saw a video of this stuff and how it makes things indestructible. Entertaining the idea of getting a board sprayed up. I don't know much about the stuff but was going to call a couple of shops, found a picture of one board online but it was used as decoration looks like. Any info would be appreciated.
The last bort I had shaped I didn't have it glassed but instead shot it with Line-X. Works suite. Don't even have to wax it because of the natural grip texture. The only problem is that it is hotter than fok in the sun. Next one I'm gonna do with Flex Seal cuz it comes in different coloures. .
Well dude, if you're going to Line-X your board, you better make sure to put some POR 15 on your skegs.
Are you being serious? I figured it would get hot AF and thought about the grip too. If you're being serious, please post a picture. Did it change the ride at all? Did it add a lot more weight? Does flex seal have the same strength though as Line-X? there is a video of a line-x sprayed cinder-block wall withstanding an explosion, and solo cups being able to be stood on when lined with it, so it got me thinking.
