not my sale but here is a 5'10 close to you https://southjersey.craigslist.org/spo/d/510-lost-quiverkiller/6248657802.html
Thanks, I saw that one. I am actually talking to this guy right now https://southjersey.craigslist.org/spo/d/surfboard-lost-quiver-killer/6222229724.html
From the craigslist ad: Translation: I'm learning how to surf and got this board because I want to look cool. I can't catch waves on it so it must be the board.
Fyi the lib tech nude bowl is almost the same dims as the lost quiver killer , maybe 0.100 difference . Not noticeable to most . I kinda have a feeling Matt gave the shape to lib like those other ones . Same v bottom at the tail , 5 fin set up . Rails felt similar , rocker look identical .
The biggest nude bowl lib tech makes is 5'11 with 32 liters. Funny they don't make them bigger than that. No bigger older guys on that board.
I have the lost short round, supposedly the quiv killer is just an extension of that board, but for better waves. Only ridden it once during the pre-gert swell. But, I gotta say it was a blast and I'm sure the QK is fun too. Looks like it might be fun in the choob.
Good looking board. Plan to buy that in Lib Tech for a travel board. More size options than the QK too.
Z, it's a 5'7" with 28cl. This is actually the lowest volume board I own. I usually ride them around 30, but this thing is just about perfect for me at 170lbs. It paddles really easily and it's user friendly. I had it out in semi steep waves and it handled fine. Currently riding as a thruster, but I have a feeling it's going to become more alive with the quads. I can only attest to it in chest-shoulder high waves, but I'm hoping to get it out a lot more soon. When I was out in Cabo earlier this summer a local guy was riding one in shoulder to overhead waves with no problem. He was busting huge airs and getting shacked off his arse. Made me want one lol
Mu current dims are 5'10" with about 31cl to 32cl (That feels like my magic spot) and I am running about 180 to 185, depending on what's for dinner. HA HA
yeah nude bowl only comes in 4 sizes and they do seem to discriminate against older rippers .The pj is what i usually recommend to the older gentlemen that still wants to rip at there best in ok conditions . i know their launching a long board and a crazy looking fish that has a few channels threw the tail . Matts skills definitely helped lib tech out a lot . But if its a Quiver killer you want , that a hard choice , its all how you surf and how that board feels under your feet in the conditions given to you . its hard to tell from the photo or holding it . Time in the water will tell you if that quiver killer is owning up to its name . So many times i bought a board off the shelf thinking that .then a few days later i discover its a shi##y shape for me " and under the porch it went . I really hate those kinda mistakes . Really hope there are good review on it soon , maybe it can help out those that are curious to that board . Its a love and hate on matts shapes for me , love some but hate others .
My standard SB is similar. But locally shaped. 5'8x19.5x2.5..... nose is like a hybrid, not full but not pointy either. Tail is pulled in. Double concave with vee (as always). Rocker is pretty low though, yet not totally flat. That's my preference. It comes out at 28L. Ill ride it in basically anything we get here. I can ride it I small stuff but the mini sims just is better at that, but the 5'8 can get by. And I'll ride it all the way up to a foot or two overhead. Basically when i decide i need a step up depending on conditions. And my step up is the same board, just bigger. Anyway, shape wise its pretty similar to the quiver killer or meat clever, and also a hypto krypto. The boards great. I consider it a high performance east coast board. It's small enough to boogey and get down but had enough volume for our lack of punch at times. Hate it as a quad. I don't like quads though. Only time i ever ride a quad i like is on my mini or similar style short but super wide, wide tailed boards. That of course preference as well.
I stopped in a shop and looked at the quiver killer sharp looking board for sure a lot fuller than I expected where does that fall in comparison to the lost puddle fish?
Puddle fish is basically the same board as the puddle jumper. Its a groveler for 2-4 ft waves. Quiver killer can handle better waves.
barry u do not weigh 166lbs .pics or it didn't happen.im 6' and 195lb and I'm half ur age....I like pizza
