Anyone ever ride one? I know its an older model but curious if anyone has one or has ever ridden one? Positives and Negatives?
yep, I rode one for about a year. Very good shape...pretty good groveler, too. Paddles well. Tail is a little wide, so works well as a thruster or quad. Like most thicker shortboards, you wanna get the length just right...even 2 inches over on the Stub will feel a bit boaty. No real negatives...I found the rocket tail turned smoother/more predictable than I like on a small wave board (kinda like a rounded pin), but thats just a matter of preference.
