Is the Wheels n Waves shop still open? It was there about 10 years ago in the York/Kennebunk area. They had some cool stuff. They had bumpers that read "We don't care how you do it in California"
I've been lying dormant for months now but I'm still kicking bro. Forecast early next week might be really good !! Maybe warm too.
dude those old longboards are timeless. keep it. its like an old baseball card or something- its worth something in surfing history. although they old 60s longboard do not perform as well as a newer one- its still good to have. maybe look into buying a new board every year (or twice a year) in a short time you will have a good quiver of boards for a variety of conditions. you know a board is old when its all dinged up and the white foam is discolored (too much sun/heat can discolor the foam too)and all the heel marks on the deck from surfing. just take good care of your boards and fix those dings and they will last for a long time. I have ten year old boards that I ride all the time and are in good condition. don't take a board in the water with dings- it will ruin it. if you have to use it at least put a sticker or tape over the ding so it will not leak.
Seldom thanks man, I hope you had a nice thanksgiving too brother. Come over anytime and take a selfie with the latex doll. Really man, it would be rad, then post it here.
Don't believe the hype, Jersey sucks. We are all just a bunch of bored schleps that got sick of clubbing and banging fat ugly chicks. BTW where the hell is Maine?
Hey "balloon knot sniffer" don't be hating on my new friend from a few states over. Ever been to cape Elizabeth or York (short sands) after a storm you would be surprised how good it is up this way big boy.
Ya I would think of selling ? It says Hansen Cardiff on it . Not sure if it's woth much but I would have to get something to put down towards a new one .
Cmon chubs, I even put down my own brethren here in Jersey to make a small joke about Maineans….smell ya later.
