man-pumped sand effect

    is it me,or did the bars used to be better?
    even though the pumpage is 10 miles north of here that filth washes up here,and seems to screw things up.
    ain't natural

    I guess Manasquan is pumping, since that's 10 miles north of Chadwick. :confused:

    he's gotta be talking about the pumping from LB...

    the sand from tehre def did not make its way 10 miles south it didn't even make it to deal

    manasquan has pumped sand before,and i know the branch,too,but the inlet,the pier and the beach bars just seem not to form as good as before all the pumpimg began,like what happened to the pier/inlet in comparison to pre-pump days,and yes,i've seen the filthy discharge sandmuck off the bottom washed up dirtying my beach ever since they started this,from 10+ miles away

    goodluck, we here in ocean city md have dealing with this **** for too long. But just found out that the money that was supposed to go to pumping is now being taken back by the md gov't. YESSSSSSSSSS
