I dont know about you guys, but when people on kite boards come and take waves where there are people actually surfing it really puts me over the edge. You can get up to 20+mph with a tug of your wrist and catch any wave at any break on those things just go somewhere where there arent people. Do they bother anyone else?

surfers have priority over kiters...if kiters aren't following the rules then words should be had.

where do you see this happen?

Like anything, there are kooks in all sports, sorry to hear you've come in contact with some Dmstr...I cant stand when people give a sport a bad name, I surf, so I'm very conscious and respectful about where i waveride when kiting, but usually its windy and the conditions arent that great for regular surfing anyway..... its nice to have options.!
http://marshallmovies.net/webtvblog/?p=123...no surfers where harmed or injured during production, sept for me !

Ive never seen these guys out on any day that I would want to be in the water surfing. High winds and unsurfable currents and they are getting killer rides. Whats up Dean!
