Don't hide out like a leper, see a dermatologist.
If you're a Catholic, don't take Communion. They all still drink out of the same chalice for some reason.

 

Nah man not herpes. Its just a super irritated zit that is now a pus leaking, infected, open wound.

Keep it moisturized to keep from cracking when you talk and eat AND STOP PICKING AT IT!

I put a little zinc sunscreen on those types of zits and it seems to really help.

But yeah, zero chance it is herpes unless you have had an outbreak before.
