    Those are actually ancient Atlantean codpieces.

    They had a TON of interesting stuff in there. I'm heading back there probably in a week or so to look again, the store is pretty huge. I'll snap some more pictures of ocean life fossils and whatnot.

    Neat stuff. I used to collect fossils as a kid living in Ohio and still find it very interesting. Many of those fossils I still have. The looking and finding is the fun part. There are large scallop fossils along the James River near Williamsburg, VA, and smaller shark teeth fossils along the Potomac River south of DC.
    Found a Chumash Indian spear head years ago while SCUBA diving in a kelp bed off Anacapa Island (Calif). That was a surprise find. It was just tumbling along the bottom with the surge.

    you think there could be one still out there in the depths of the ocean??? There is so much unexplored area in the ocean and places we have never even seen i wonder whats down there. Every know and then a whale will get bite and half and they blame it on a cruise ship propeller but what if it wasn't. . .
