Hermano, I think stress might have something to do with it...even though I never consider myself one of those 'stressed' out people. Meditation will take place, along with some singing bowl training.

You and me both, I look at the granules.
    On it...Utah, two.

Also, will incorporate more mint into my life. I'm also due for an operating system upgrade.

I fkn love you guys, thanks for all the advise. You all do a great job all the time and I like that as well.

I've had the same problem in the last year as the OP. Puking after like 5 mins of running. Puking up my coffee in the morning. Gagging all the time. I think it's stress related. I've always had a fairly active gag reflex (not from smells, but from like tight wetsuit hoods or my toothbrush hitting the back of the mouth) but this has gotten crazy and it has been a really, really stressful 2 years. So I think it's that. Thing is, the nausea is not coming from the gut. It's higher up, right in the throat so it's the gag reflex. I think it's high levels of stress hormones like cortisol and stomach acid. It's worse in the a.m.
My wife got a good job recently and that reduced the stress on me considerably. And it's gotten way better.
