Have you become a stoner lately? I didn't think you partook. Watch out, I think they execute people for possessing over an ounce out there.

Plus, it sounds like you need to buy a plane to keep up with your leisure activities out there.

Fort Worth is awesome though. I used to go to some Shakey's out there, but there's a lot of good stuff going on in sections of Fort Worth. Shakey's used to kick arse......I wonder if it still does.

Ah, I remember my first morning in Dallas as a 5-year-old. I couldn't stand it. I was cruising the TV for cartoons in the morrow and everything was Mexican stuff, and I felt completely out of my element. Then there were pinatas everywhere at the mall, and I, as a 5-year-old was, " What's with all of this sh!t?"

Ya know what it is that I be sayin'?

The AC Hammers? I never even heard of them. They must do real well in Atlantic City.......hiding out in some house rabble rousing during meetings.....Ha, what a joke. Plus, none of them probably even live in AC. They probably live on some farm in Galloway.

    Why?

Are you in a drug gang or something?

Or do you just like popping people indiscriminately?

Or do you feel a sense or rugged machismo possessing a gun?

Dude, move to the ghetto if you love guns so much. That's where the real gun play goes down. Not a bunch of middle class white guys wacking it to their gun collection. No offense Seldom Seen !!

Yeah, Seldom, there's roughly 200 self-defense shootings in this country.......compared to how many of the other kind? And most robberies happen when ain't no one home. And if someone home invades ya, most likely the invaders are going to win. Yeah, I'd put my money on the invaders.

    Legalize crack and outlaw guns.........

The Seventh Amendment states: Congress shall make no law prohibiting the production, possession or use of the processed material of the South American coca leaf nor of any other synthesized substances therewithinafterwards, habeus corpus, corpus christi of said leaf no matter powder, liquid or rockious state.

But Richard Nixon stole that section of the constitution, and hid it in a mountain valley somewhere south of Auckland.

Nixon destroyed our cities and made Mexico a land or murderous treachery. And those idiots in the 1910's and 1930's started it all with their Harrison Acts and stuff. And now they all sit around arresting people, and watch the mayhem, while they collect the money - their share of a 300 Billion dollar a year "illicit" industry.

And it all starts with the Texas attitude.......

Attention to the 4 dudes from the Texas coast on this site. Please address your complaints to:

It's not 200 but roughly 2000 per year; a person either brandishes a firearm or uses it in self defence in a life threatening situation so their decision either not to shoot or shoot allowed them to live another day. If "pump" wants to carry or CCW that's his decision. Just for grin and giggles, new study by Professor Lott, state's with CCW and less restrictive gun laws have less murders and violent crime so stats tell the real truth contrary to your misguided revelations, just say'n.

Dallas, like many places, has changed quite a bit in the last few decades. It doesn't have waves but it sounds like pumpmaster has to go where his career is taking him. Dallas is not indicative of Texas as a whole, as with a lot of places in the south and midwest, driving 10-30 minutes outside a metropolitan area will bring you to devolved society. People aren't pissed off down there, they have money and security and the economy is fairly recession-proof. No waves, no ocean, but a heck of a lot less crap than we have to deal with up here. No, I'm not headed to live there. It's got redeeming elements though.

Koki, congratulations on your move again.

.......from California, but Texan to the core.......

Oh, you aren't allowed to say, "Cali," as it upsets the "native" Californians or something like that. Hey, I don't care I'm just letting you know the rules.

Nixon tried to instill conservative fear in the utopia that was the 1960's & 1970's California.

Shoot, he even tried to keep Emass from surfing Trestles.

Pump, Texas is bigger than you think. It wields much influence. Just because someone is born elsewhere doesn't mean they ain't Texan...

Oh well, there goes our log riding and skee ball date..................

You should go to North Dakota. Ain't that place like the new big thing? Plenty of mountains to ride and you could always hop over to Stony Point to get the goods. And, Great Lakes dudes can't surf yet so you can snake them all. Totally.

Dude, you don't have cowboy boots and a big belt buckle already do ya?

Where ever you go make sure to tell people that Nicky Scarfo is your uncle.

You'd be a legend in North Dakota, as I can see most of them people being a bit dopey and slow...You'd be the big fish in the small pond.....

Ya brah, the annexation of Texas seems like a scam. It's fairly sovereign and a sociopolitical island from the mainland. If you can get out on a plane to find surf here and there, TX is not a bad place to end up a haole.

PB&J - Tricky **** wasn't gonna keep me from surfing Lowers.

    Misguided revelations?

The FBI came up with the 200-ish justified self-defense killings. Not me, THE FBI.

States that have right to carry laws also tend to not have the Detroits, Chicagos, Los Angeles, Baltimores and Philadelphia's of the nation.

That whole stat is bunk anyway. The most violent and crime ridden areas in this country also have the most proliferation of guns out on the street. Everybody's packing in West Baltimore. No really, they are. A few years back a cop got shot in Philly, They did a roadblock looking for the suspect. Of course the suspect was a black male in his 20' or 30's, and of course they made up a large margin of those stopped at the road block.

90% of those stopped were possessing a firearm.

Yee haw, you have a bunch of hicks carrying guns in Arizona, far away from Phoenix......of course there's less crime in these places. It's not because they have a gun on them. Do you really think some hard -arsed Mexican guy is afraid of some old Arizona guy just because he has a pick-up truck and a gun??

If the criminals think you might have a gun then they shoot first and ax questions later. Yeah, all of the nation's criminals are going to retire just because the general citizens might be packing........

States that allow people to freely carry guns don't have less crime because of it. There's just naturally less crime in these states. Not really much going on in most of these states.

Oh Pump, I just got a message from my pals in North Korea(I'm pals with Dennis Rodman too)......

They told me to extend their sorrows for your persecution by the New Jersey and federal governments. Specifically New Jersey, as Jersey's got you down and all, right?

    How are you being persecuted?

Nahh, the "death by dog" thing was BS. A Chinese paper/magazine did a spoof on the execution, and the media got a hold of it......and it took off.

Hey, you don't clap loud enough for the supreme leader..............bad things can happen.

See, in Jersey, the supreme leader just closes lanes on bridges and hence clogs the traffic in your town. Hey now...........

Hey, you don't a vote a the right a way and you a gonna a get it.

Wow, that broken Italian-English was just on spot...on spot.

Dallas to Galveston = 4 hrs
Dallas to Corpus Christi = 6 hrs
Flights to PR and Mex are faster and cheaper from Dallas.

Sometimes, you have to find the lining of the silver cloud.

    PJB,

I said nearly 2000 either brainished or had to shoot to for self defence per year from 2012 as 2013 has not been published yet. Your 200 is actual self defence shooting stats from FBI but for what year?

As far as large urban cities you cited compare Houston and Chicago doesn't support your argument or was that just another revelation? The resent Federal Court cases supporting 2A and CCW in Illinois and Chicago will be interesting studies on future crime stats of law abiding gun owership and CCW. Washington DC crime stats fell after the "Heller" case allowing private handgun ownership in the home since 1976. So you don't feel alone, my relevation seems increased gun ownership in the hands of law abiding citizens has reduced victims ..........

Professor Lott interview (FYI Prof. Lott is a liberal Dem so no right wing agenda)

The FBI compiled records from 2005-2010. There was an average of aboot 220 justified self-defense homicides in the U.S. per year.

Ummm, most people who "brandish" a firearm at someone ALREADY "brandishing" a firearm at them aren't going to fare too well.

This theory that lax gun laws prevent crime is just crazy.

Chicago has way more crime than Houston because there's gun stores in Houston??

Washington's crime rate dropped not because of gun laws, but because Washington became a gentrified yuppies' paradise.

Chicago has more crime not because of strict gun laws, but because Chicago's a MUCH rougher town than Houston. Chicago has a huge gang problem and many snarky people. Houston ain't shat. F the 5th ward.

Plus, just because gun laws are stricter, it doesn't mean people don't have guns.

The friggin ease of the common citizen to arm themselves has NO measurable affect on crime.....

You missed my point earlier. Guns don't cease crime. I'll say it again. The most dangerous, crime-ridden areas of the country are awash in guns. So, therefore, the fact that people are armed does not deter crime.

SO, if Chicago/IL eased their gun laws, all the G Town Thugsters on the South and West sides would become law abiding citizens?

This nostalgic myth of the patriotic, American, gun-owner protecting his land, life and liberty with his Colt revolver is just pure fantasy. Fantasy.............

Yes, I can just imagine a group of uneducated, crazy West side gangsters planning to rob people in the Northern Chicago suburbs.........

Then, since the arrival of " DEDICATED GUN STORES" in the area, the group decides to call off their illicit acts because it might be too dangerous for them. The group then goes to church and helps kitty cats at the local shelter instead of robbing and blowing people away.....Yeah Frerris Bueller's dad may have a gun......

All because of lax gun laws, Walmart and DEDICATED GUN STORES..........

    There ya go...........
