Don't shoot the messanger since don't recall seeing this on the Forum so just giving you a heads up although not my back yard. I saw this over the weekend in ESM page 22, N J DEP seeks support from Surfrider regarding a new set of "laws" governing beach access. So whatever DEP finalizes (beach access guidelines ) will pass through the Legislature so sounds like something you Jersey guys might want to stay tuned too. My 2 1/2 cents, if DEP is seeking support from Surfrider its obvious they need their support for political reasons.
