Hope everybody is doing well and is catching it when you can. I am in need of some guidance here. I have two boards I am trying to repair and both have decks with soft spots and de-lam that need to be fixed. I did not want to go about it by injecting resin and than having to redo it in 6 months. I have done some glass work in the past, but only minor stuff. I have a pretty good idea of what needs to be done, but I was wondering if anyone could possibly lend some advice or pointers. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I don't like injecting resin either. You can cut out the delam, re-cloth then glass.

Thats what I did and it worked well. Cut out the delam, filled in the low spot with light weight spackle, sanded then reglassed. Good as new!
