If you're looking for longevity stay away from the Morey Mach 7-7. Mine creased the first time I had it in serious surf... I don't know if I got a lemon, or if I am too big for it, but it was a complete waste of money whichever way you look at it.

Custom X is good quality, well made, and everyone I know that rides them has old ones that are still in really good condition.

Go to this link. Talk to Bob, provide info (hgt, wght, previous board & price range) He will answer most any questions you may have.

please do not listen to the Toobs or Custom X requests, I highly recommend the Science Boards. Best board i have ever ridden. Science boards FTW

Toobs custom or high end Custom X or NO6. Dont Buy Aussie!!!!!!! My VS snapped clean in half w/2 stringers on a closeout pit. They all fall apart.

yo, build yourself a paipo, wood or foam. totally worth it in all areas- wood even has flex if you get the right type!

Also check out Congo Bodyboards, American-made. Solid in-hand, solid construction. And from what Ive heard they're real good cold-water boards

i dont know what FTW means but my science i got a year ago has been great. its so nice with the features it has and is pretty light weight. Its still in perfect shape except for where a surfers fin went into it. but its a small hole and the material the board is makes the hole not really effect it that much. Great board.
