Sure thing man, go for it. Your skinny as$ should be able to catch something even when it's just a ripple. :p Maybe I'll have better luck on your fish than your mini-simmons (and with better waves and less vodka lol).

Have you surfed up on the N End yet? I'm guessing it will need a few good storms to settle the bars in, but IIRC last time they replenished once it settled in it added about 3-6 secs to the wave once it got decent.

Ha! Didn't even think about that. Now I've got nothing to worry about, I'm shark proof!

    Thanks DonQ.

The fish is a retro style fish... glassed on twin keels, single foiled, slightly toed and canted. With two big, fat, long-based, solidly glassed on keels, the drive is unbelievable. You can put all you got into a turn and it all translates into forward drive and speed. Combine that with a basically straight rail from the wide point back, and you get the fastest board possible. The trade-off is in responsiveness and looseness in the tail.

The quad setup is the "Rusty" setup, with the rears a bit more in from the rail than the fronts, and a little further back than midway between the fronts and the trailer. I also put a little added kick in the tail (because the tail is so wide) to tighten the turning radius.

The Stretch quad set is double foiled on the rears. I'm used to riding single foiled fins in the front and rear. That might have something to do with the drifty feeling, too.

Looking forward to a lot of experimenting!

Thanks for dropping some knowledge LBC! I would have thought the twin would be looser but I get what you're saying.

    The fun never stops eh?
