Hehe, this is not even Reggae, but the closest thing that it that i listen to is Slightly Stoopid. They were Brad Nowell's (from Sublime) best friends and undrestudies before he died. They are from Ocean Beach, in San Diego where I live. I met them back in 01 at a house party out here. I watched them do a bunch of live shows at our local dive bar, Winstons... The following year, they blew up and starting touring internationally. I am sure they even get play back on the east coast now. But anyway, their music is really chill, really good. And best of all. They are all lifelong surfers. Many a times have I been surfing the cliffs with those guys. All of their original videos are just footage of them and friends sitting on the OB jetty with guitars jamming out and showing surf footage. They really set up a great day at the beach...
