New to Surfing: Looking for somebody to teach me from Maryland

BradSpitted will teach you about how to get your sh!t tossed in the ocean and how to tie your leg rope. Roy will teach you how to shape giant wooden d!cks. Wayne will teach you all about lube. But no one and I mean no one on SI will teach you how to surf.

If your serious? buy a board on craigslist and get the hell out their! don't cry for respect cause you came to the wrong place! its not gonna happen overnight so I suggest you get paddling! that way when you do get a lesson it wont be a waste of time! watch videos on the pop up and practice during commercials! worst case you can sell the board because SURFING REALLY SUCKS!

 

It will say 'Free Candy' on the side, and there may or may not be children in the back.

 

Wayne will teach you how to surf. Much like learning to snowboard, your bum will be sore for a bit afterwards.

Frost will teach you how to swim. He teaches a course called aquatic survival for surfers.

BUT be forewarned, the ocean is like a busy doctor's office----right now we aren't accepting new patients. Try the west coast.
