OK, I'll preach. First let me tell you about myself:

My father was a relentlessly self-improving boulangerie owner from Belgium with low-grade narcolepsy and a penchant for buggery. My mother was a fifteen-year-old French prostitute named Chloe with webbed feet. My father would womanize, he would drink, he would make outrageous claims, like he invented the question mark. Sometimes he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy. A sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. My childhood was typical. Summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring we'd make meat helmets. If I was insolent, I was placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds. Pretty standard, really. At the age of twelve I received my first scribe. At the age of fifteen, a Zoroastrian named Vilma ritualistically shaved my testicles. There really is nothing like a shaven scrotum. At the age of eighteen, I went off to evil medical school

Too bad, brother... It's been more than a year, and still no waves there? I really liked that stretch... so many peaks, and a lot of variety of people, wavecraft, etc. Hope it comes back for you soon...

LB, they added more sand this past Fall/Winter. We need to get some good Tropical activity and then some good Winter storms to move some sand to get it back to what it was.

Welcomme and happy bday, my summer surfing approach in cnj is basically just keep a fish or big board with you and look for a bump anywhere at the right tides. Expect nothing and you won't be disappointed! The water has been nice and there were plenty of skates or rays (couldn't tell ya which) to make friends with the other day

Went to OC three weeks ago because I was staying nearby in AC. It was a thigh high day but looked absolutely pitiful compared to AC. The sand replenishment job looks like it jacked everything up. Does the 5th/6th St jetty break a left? I didn't stay around long enough to watch. Was thinking about going to OC early tmrw AM with my friend but might go elsewhere if it's that bad... I guess cams will tell.

Kander, I think the North end jetties may hold some swell if the direction is right and if the swell has some "umph" behind it. Like actual tropical/nor easter umph. Prolly best to just go to AC or LBI. Or Belmar.
