Awesome weather with the highest waves forecasted at waist-high.:(

What the hell is with all the flatness?

Monday was really fun, and from what I heard Tuesday was pretty fun too. I went in for 15 minutes today and it was just waist high but the tide was too high to make any ride fun

Tuesday was fun... small... but fun. There was even a little wave today... for about an hour. Ha!

I'm afraid we're not going to see much over waist to chest high for quite some time... maybe months. We're starting to get into that summer pattern now...spring is half over. Maybe the experts will chime in on this one, but I think all we can hope for now is "consistent" smaller, summertime type surf until the tropics start to get active. By this I mean south windswells ahead of cold fronts, or from strong Bermuda highs that sometimes sit and generate some fetch. But the chances of getting even one more winter storm type swell are slim to none at this point.
