Okay, so Im going to start the official 2014 (&^* show NFL draft thread.... It's one of the only drama filled reality shows for dudes.....

Im excited to see where Johnny Football goes...

I have one request for the Ravens. As a Towson Alumni, I love Terrance West... Dude is an absolute BEAST, and he is from North Ave in Baltimore. He is a local guy and I have NEVER seen a more dominant back in the FBS.... Being that he is a Towson Tiger, he aint going in the first round, but I think he would be a GREAT pick in the third round tomorrow.... With the Ray Rice Drama, we need another great back...

But in reality, I know the Raven's will be their incredibly boring, yet genius and strategic self and probably trade completely out of the first round. Making my evening much less eventful....

But they threw out this BS info about going for a tight end in the first round. Not happening. We have Pitta and Daniels....

Can't wait... This is for sure an exciting draft class... and as usual, the professional mock draft analysts will be DEAD wrong... They are all so full of sh**. Every year...

Should the NFL be compensating the NCAA and or the collegiate athletes for the future NFL employee's career & skills development in what is the de facto minor leagues for the NFL?

No. They get a **** load cash in tuition. What they need to do is feed them whenever they want to eat. Maybe some other perks.

Bros - we can't even sustain an Official NFL Thread during the height of the actual game season. No way I'm standing for a draft tread. That and I was just bishing left and right at the barbershop today how they've been covering this draft 24/7 for the last month at least and it just started today. What happened to the NFL Draft in April and people really only talking about it that week? Few love their NFL more than I, but braddahs, it's playoff hockey time and spring stoke season. The Pats are gonna draft obscurely well and create superstars out of gym class heroes and same old song and dance. Why talk about it? All that matters to me is that the Falcons fill the gaps they need to this weekend. Not even paying attention though.

bortles at #3 was a horrible pick with a half dozen standout elites and darn near two dozen immediate plug and play quality players still on the board.

Not so sure about that. Jags are desperate for a qb and bortles is the best all around qb in the draft.

But at #3? They are near desperate everywhere! Who from last year on the D would start for another team? who on the offensive? I count 3 maybe 4 players out of 22 starters. Good free agency but I can't justify a #3 that is sitting on the bench for a year with soooo many other needs.

Ohh man.let me preach my brother. I was a D1 college athlete. There should be zero compensation. The fact that this is even a hot topic lately burns me up. These schools don't need u. U need them. Are we going to retro actively pay all the Notre Dame, duke, Michigan, ucla etc athletes for the past 100 years cause jerseys were sold? They always have been. Duke alumni don't buy jerseys cause u r the next big thing. Duke alumni buy duke jerseys cause they say duke. If u don't agree with the NCAA then don't play. If u play football, showcase your skills in the ufl or cfl. If u play basketball join the d league or play in europe. If u play baseball and want money than play in south America for money. U don't HAVE to go to college. Your tuition is you compensation. Period.

Yeah, the punk ass fab 5 from Michigan still complains about getting their games revoked for accepting gold chains and lexus vehicles illegally in college. Cause the school made money. The schools always made money. No one for hundreds of years took money. Jerseys come and go. So if u want money in college than u should pay it back in the pros. Are you going to pay Michigan back for making you famous? No... arrogant clowns.

These guys says they can't afford to eat? lies. They can't afford to flaunt. Good. You know what me and all the other athletes at Towson did? Made it on time to glenn hall for 3 meals. If I knew my practice was late, we would stuff our backpacks with food in the all you can eat meal halls and take it back to the rooms.

Millions of students would kill for a scholarship money and an education. If u don't want it, don't take it. Don't take free money and then cry for more. College institutions are systems that are built.long before you. Pass on the scholarship and let someone else use it. No one has to go to college no one.

Without the NCAA, these guys would be nothing. The universities could write any name on a jersey and it sells. These clowns are nothing new.

I know the NBA won't take you out of high school. That doesn't mean you have to play college. Like I said. Go to the the league an d make money. Go to europe. Why not? Cause u NEED the NCAA. They don't need you.

If u want to pay college football.players than you better pay the women's field hockey team and the school band. Cause high school football revenue gets filtered back into music and arts prpgrams. That is how systems work

I am appalled by the speak of this. Unappreciative clowns should not be allowed into these institutions with attitudes like that. Arrogant ****s.

You know what you are getting into. If you don't like it. Don't do it. No one and I mean No ONE has to be a part of the system.

I don't give a **** if you are poor. I had to work hard for my sscholarship. Every student athlete in the world.gets three meals a day. If you want gold chains and cars because a billion dollar school LET'S you wear their jersey, you just don't get it.

They are the money. U r just a pawn that could blow a knee out and have zero value. That's life. Welcome to america. If u wanted money to play sports, you should have joined a pro system in Europe or the d league. If u are in the NCAA, play by the rules.

You can bang an umli mmited.amount of chicks, increase your value, get an education and three meals per day. If u are a great college athlete and can't get free beer and all the perks, you ain't that good. U r just a tool.

    ****ing America man

Sorry about that long winded pay for play NCAA rant. I had a few beers during the draft last night and that post was my night cap...

    Anywho....

I wonder if Johnny Football regrets making those negative comments about Jacksonville and how he doesn't want to play there. Because instead of having a Mansion on the beach in Florida, where he could enjoy bikini clad girls and perfect weather all year, now he gets to go live in the "Mistake by the Lake" and play for the Cleveland Clowns!!!! Ohhh the irony.

Mixed feelings about Johnny Football. He's exciting to watch and he's got a lot of swag, but he acts like a wigger. Needs to reign it in a little bit.

Yeah, he could be living the life in FLA, but I don't believe the fans are nearly as rabid (nothing against Jax and their team). If this guy can get the Dawgs to compete, he will rise to legendary status pronto.

Jax needs more than just a franchise QB, and Manziel isn't really a good fit there. If he's gonna make it, Cleveland will be the place.

    Ever heard of Brian Sipe?
