always improving...that's what I love about this website. I love the buttons added on the maps that give today's forecast...I thought they might change as I scrolled through the different maps and give me the forecast for the day I was looking at, but I like them nonetheless...maybe that will come in the future PS: I forgot to thank you also for the link to the buoys historical at the NOAA website.
Glad you like the new additions to the wave maps! We are going to make an announcement in the news sections, but we just wanted to test out any bugs first. If you didn't notice there is an embed tab on the bottom of the wave maps. If you click embed, it will pull up some code, so you can put the wave maps on your web site or myspace, etc. It would be very easy to put all 5 day's of forecasts, but since we are allowing others to put the wave maps on their sites, we don't want to give away everything!
