    should rename the subject to "ALL ROAD GRIME GOING DIRECTLY INTO THE OCEAN"

    how is dumping snow any different from it melting and eventually draining there anyways. it all is gonna end up there eventually.

    thats messed up...but not really surprising. everyone looks to rivers/lakes/the ocean to get rid of everything, maybe one day people will realize all the damage theyre doing

    because they're taking the crap directly off the road and putting it directly into the river which goes directly into the ocean. when it rains, there are a number of other ways for the road crap to lessen before it reaches the river.
