doesn't look promising. nor'easters aren't something that just randomly pops up...forecasters can see the patterns developing well in advance.

the forecast for the next week on every surf website i checked (magicseaweed, surfline, swell info) all say the next week will be flat and usually these websites will have it atleast a few days in advance if a swell comes on so it looks like there wont be anything.Maybe sunday if the forecast changes a lot will be around 2-3 at most but nothing more or bigger than that. im also bummed out about it im getting a new shortboard and want to put it to use this week but i guess well have to wait a little over a week atleast

yeah..i went to manasquan this past weekend, waves were good for two-three ft. The wind was tough and the water was in the low forties, but definitely suggest surfing there. Manasquan, near the entrance to mantaolking was breaking perfectly, and it was high tide too. Ever need a good surf when the tide is high, go to manasquan.
