Went something like this: "Wayne, get the fock away from me with your blathering on aboot Jesus or I'll toss all your sh!t in the water"
I can't believe I missed surfing this yesterday. Sometimes I hate being responsible and working when I should be surfing... http://www.gulfster.com/Daily/2015PictureGallery/092415ec/index.html http://www.gulfster.com/Daily/2015PictureGallery/092415-2/index.html
definitly not stoaked to be heading back to The Eastcoast after fire season with it being an EL Nino year out west.....oh well maybe hurricane season will be good to me and theres always Puerto Rico when knee high mush gets old
the whole eastside of washington was a close call. Almost ate a chainsaw when i was brushing out a weed farm to save it from inbound fire because i tripped over a root and didn't have a chance to hit the chain break. **** 40 inch bars. I was also on the same district as that fire where the 4 kids under the age of thirty rolled their engine and got burned over. Only 1 lived and he got 3rd degree burns over 60% of his body, total bummer.
Yeah, she was killing it out there huh? Yup, when I first saw the pics I got that terrible feeling in my stomach where I knew I blew it by not taking the day off and making the drive. My rationale was I will be going over on the weekend to look at houses. My move is less than a month away so I will be able to surf as much as I want soon. Delayed gratification I guess... How was it down there? Did the swell make it down there? I guess it did by the sound of it
I was at paradise all day yesterday DP. It was even bigger than those pics make it out to be. Head high offshore then it glassed of around noon. Some sets 1-2 ft overhead. Best surf I have had in a long time. Light crowd and fun as hell, A framing and bowly. I almost called you but didn't get the go ahead for the day off till 7 PM the night before. Ran it in the 2015 GT. A great day. Sorry to rub it in mate.
Good on you dude, glad you got you some, I know it's hard getting out with as much as you work. That's close the spot I would have paddled out at had I of gone, so I know what you mean about the description of the wave. Such a great wave man. We'll meet up one of these days for a sesh, the season has just begun!
Shoulder high peaks, long clean lines,a bit sectiony from a storm offshore, lots of fun bowls, but not yet hollow. It needs a foot or three more feet to throw shade. Lot and lots and lots of fun.
