Wow that first link is for a surfer who sued another surfer for "taking his wave"...really?

*btw, that would make for an interesting read IMO Chavez.

A suggestion for all the cry babies, just do dawn patrol and you wont to have to worry about newbee's...but then you wont have anything to whine about..
Anyone learning how to surf should respect the rules and we all should read "the surfers code". Just like any sport, its a community and culture and being a D**K is not part of it. http://www.amazon.com/Surfers-Code-Simple-Lessons-Through/dp/1423622278

You think you got it bad?!?!?! Check out the hard core MFers I had to deal with today. If you see these guys on your wave just steer clear.

could be an interesting read, but the english teacher/literature nerd in me needs to point out that the prologue comes at the beginning of a book, not the end. should be the "epilogue". sorry. nerdgasm over.

Jeez. You got a lot of time on your hands, slick!

You may have neglected the Gruvi craze...? And the people who were 'inspired' by South Jetty Bill? And the admin moderator, whatever his name was, from NJ who couldn't spell? Or the numerous feuds with The Gnome. And how, oh how, could you leave the NJshredmachine off of your rough draft...?!

My humble request is to leave me outta your book or whatever your ting-ting is. Limited readership, know what I mean sport coat?

Matt Johnson? He was funny as hell and a good poster, but I remember that some of the NJ guys called him out that his surf reports were a bit overrated
