North vs South………...winds

    So what it is? Do you prefer one over the other when presently surfing? Does one make better waves if the winds switch offshore? Does one make you drift more? Do you prefer one because of the temperatures associated with it? Do you hate one and love the other because of the Civil War?

    It seems for my location, the strong South makes great waves once the offshore (if it comes) kicks in. North seems to be more manageable with waves it makes and reduces drift vs south.

    I'd rather have south. Not too strong but mild, warm, south.

    South for temps, north for waves. neither are particularly good for clean conditions in DE

    Here in NC we pray for south swells that actually hold.

    idc what it is its but if it isnt south i dont go out. it could be doh and just amazing i wont paddle out if its north.
