Nostalgia you don't See everyday ..........

This 1948 Chevy Woody pulled up next me in Dewey early Sat on his way to the OC car show. The owner was nice enough to pull over to chat and snap some Pics. Kudos to the owner in his early 60's, restored the Woody when he retired to carry his LB, still living the dream \\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n[IMG][/IMG]\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n[IMG][/IMG]

That is freaking sick but I'd be afraid to park it somewhere when I go surfing

i haven't seen one on the road in years. i did do work for a guy a year ago who had an old 33 or maybe it was a 32 chevy. forget what it was. i honestly don't know much about cars from the early 60s, and older. i've always been more of a late 60s/early 70s muscle car guy, and fox body mustang guy. it is pretty sweet regardless. i would be afraid to take it surfing too. i got an 03 mach 1 mustang, and a 93 5.0 lx mustang, and i can fit a short board right in through the hatch with it opened in the 5.0 no problem. same with the trunk of the mach 1. i don't prefer to use those cars surfing though, so i'll usually use one of my trucks. if i had a classic like that i wouldn't be leaving that car parked anywhere unattended for too long especially the shape that's in!

It was parked at the carriage house used car lot, just south of the lewes/Rehoboth canal bridge. Wonder if it's forsale?
