The boar wasn't real gamy. seared off the tenderloin with a rub on it and cooked the meat about a medium temp. That piece had the most flavor and had a hint of game to it. We roasted the ribs low and slow for about 8 hours and they were money... No gaminess at all really. I always try and eat all the local stuff where ever I live. Been doing the crawfish thing, local oysters, gator, first time having the boar, a lot of my homies bag some serious deer out in Bluffghanistan, so we have actually been dehydrating some venison... When in roam. The fish around here is unreal too. Found a pretty sweet blue crab spot too, so I have been loading up the hand traps and BSing with that.

I watched a special on sharkweek about this cannibalism. pretty interesting for sure. and this discussion just makes me want to spearfish more. Zach I saw your video when you posted it. I was ****ting in my drawers so was not able to comment. sorry mang
