Scooped an FCS nubbah at the shop this week since it was there and I saw it and I realized its worth a go on my five box summer quad setups.

Who's used these and how'd you like it?

With one grub screw tab do you put it forward or back?

If you get bored and racy in summah flatness, is it worth trowing on a fatter thruster between two large side fins?

    Discuss.

I've used them... I put it in the back plug. Fins are set (in the US) where the trailing edge is. It adds a bit of "centering" effect to quads. What I mean is... when going from rail to rail, quads lack a pivot point that a center trailer gives, so it tends to smooth out the transition. Some people say it adds some drive, but I don't feel it. Quads have tons of drive already, so I'm not noticing any difference in that way.

I've never tried it on a thruster, but I'm guessing it will feel pretty slidey and slower.

I surf my rusty piranha fish as a twin with the trailer nub sometimes. It makes it loose but gives you that pivot LB was talking about
