Are you sure he's banned? His aviator still appears and I could send him a PM if I want to but I choose not to.

Maybe he got caught up in one of those ban-the-wrong-racist deals and was reinstated.

I completely agree with your assessment of him as a poster here. Wish I had those skillz.

i understand if nynj was posting porn or something really detrimental to the forum but banning seems to be given with no warning and inconsistently to different ppl.

I got banned earlier this morning. All day my account has been going back and forth from being fully active, to saying my Ip is banned. I asked admin, who states he never banned me.

Maybe there is a glitch in the matrix?
