    fun medium period ENE swell on tap...glassy

    micah im heading down south tomm am i know the early high tide is prob gonna hurt the am sesh but how do u like the setup for later in the day? do u have a quikscat showing the winds that produced the swell..im pretty sure its from that north atlantic low that has moved south from new england

    thx man and did i mention 80 deg + air temps....STOKEd

    just look at the surface winds map on this site. Its pretty obvious where the ENE swell is being generated.

    Were all gonna get hooked up with a nice lil mid week clean swell.

    Weird how the marine forecast is calling for 2-3 ft seas, 1ft near shore tomorrow. Contradicts what everyone else is calling for. I guess if it's 2-3 ft 12 or 13 secs it could be shoulder high.

    swellinfo models calling 4.9ft @ 9 seconds for Outer Banks on Wednesday.

    I wouldnt spend too much time on the NWS marine forecasts.

    swellinfo what are you saying for wrightsville beach. as in wave hight and seconds.

    I trust the model that your forecasts are based off of much more than the NWS forecast. But, they are usually in agreement.

    Ya, it looks like the updated NWS forecast is now in agreement.
