Leatherman Surge. Pretty much anything you could possibly need for work.
They even sell a 42 bit driver set for the interchangeable flat/phillips it comes with.

Van Man, that Leatherman is sick...awesome about the bits too. I need to pull the trigger on a propre one like that. Still waiting on my kershaw, but came across this yesterday and wanted to share. Before my JJ days, I was in a traditional Judo stylee class, and developed a deep admiration for Japanese sword arts, although I know nothing about them technically.

Interesting how the modern blade looks like a shortened version of the earlier one (fifth from the left).

Loving the Leatherman so far. Felt heavy at first but its starting to disappear.
Definitely stoked(stocked?) to hear your review on the shuffle.

    Ha!

I have a SOG multitoool from a few years ago- love it, it rocks! I think I like it slightly better then others due to the hinge on the pliers- you get more leverage by the way it's made.

Also- seldom - let me know about the kershaw! You had me checking out that knife on their website the other night - they make one of the best, affordable knifes. I like bucks too- but kershaw seems a little better for EDC and buck more sportsmen/hunting.

Crown Stag Elk-antlered Bowie knife is my go to. I have about 30 other knives including the before mentioned Ka-Bar and a nice Leatherman. The Bowie is big but precise. I just used it to gut a deer on Saturday.
Remington pump 12 gauge did not see any action this Fall. Closest it came was last weekend. I had a couple gobblers responding to my calls but a coyote came in and busted up the flock. Didn't look like he killed any but he scared em off.
13 days until I bring out the .270

I bought a machete and have been going ham in the woods behind my house. Other than that, I get down with my kitchen knives most often.

    Impacting SI with knives!

.... going to hell for that one...

Suite blades dudes, brew I want you to cook for me one day. BWM, whenever I need to trim along my fence, the machete does the jobbe in a fraction of the time a lopping shear would.

Sooooo, I'm fockin' stocked againe. My Kershaw came in the mail yesterday, cpl days early. In short, I love it. It's sitting in my pocket right meow and I could barely tell it's there. Pro's:

-Out the box sharp as sh!t...I've cut up a bunch of paper, stabbed some thick files, and the edge is still great.
-Ergonomics: fantastic, light, strong, feels great in my hand, very easy one handed opening despite the fact that it's still a freshie.
-Just like boards, sometimes a certain shape just appeals to ya, and this one did. Really dig the tanto blade.
-Deffo has some tactical value as a self defense weapon, or perfect for scalping shark finners, wolf hunters, lady gaga, whoever. There's also a little butt plate/bottle opener, that you could hammer fist the sh!t outta someone with.

    Cons:
-none really, I have bulky hands, so if it was just a tad bigger it's be beyond perfect. But I'm happy.

I found One of these on the beach. It's a military issue multi-tool by Gerber. It's my go to fishing knife.
