Okay, I mean I just had to ask . . .

I just had to ask because it's been boggling my mind: how exactly is anyone supposed to be able to park at the ASP Quiksilver pro in September?

I won't be able to go anyway (I'll be away at college) which I'm bummed about, but even if I was on the Island, the logistics seem crazy.

I know it's hard as hell to park on any given weekend unless you're there mad early or really late. With this thing in town I can't even imagine . . .

I think the bigger concern is if there will be any surf. This summer has been pretty brutal so far.

Park anywhere near the beach in NJ and take the North Jersey Coast Line train NYC Penn Station, take the LIRR and Bring a bike or skateboard. I have never done this, but I don't imagine it being too hard, plus it would be stress free and cheaper than gas and tolls. I am trying to fly back for it, but I have a feeling flights are going to be expensive.

Maybe they should just up the purse to 10 million to get the pros to sit on their asses
